When and how can I pay the remaining amount of my stay?
It is mandatory to complete it no later than 1 day before arrival via online check-in.

How can I make a booking?
You can book through our online booking system. To confirm your booking you will need to pay a 35% as a booking deposit with a bank card.

How can I cancel my reservation? Will it have any additional costs?

Is it possible to change my dates after having booked?
- Modification requests must be made via email to resort@tamarit.com. These will be evaluated by the central reservations office, and acceptance is not guaranteed. If not accepted, the decision will be duly explained.
- Permitted modifications: Extension of stay; Change of accommodation type; Change in the type or number of occupants.
- Specific Conditions: For date modifications, the rate in effect at the time of the request will apply. For bookings made from January 15, 2025, if the modification results in a reduction in the value of the originally contracted stay, a fee of €30 will be applied for modification expenses. Modifications made within 10 days of the arrival date will not be accepted.

Is it possible to take out an insurance?

Is it possible to book two bungalows / pitches close or next to each other?
Yes, first check availability with our Reception department by sending an email to resort@tamarit.com or call to +34 977650128 and afterwards, when making the booking online, indicate your preferences in the “observations” of it.

Is it possible to book a certain number bungalow or pitch?
You can let us know your preferences when you book online by inserting in “observations” of the booking your desired accomodation.

about 23 km from Reus airport and 74 km from Barcelona airport.

Which are the nearest villages or cities? How far are they from Tamarit?
Altafulla is 2km away, Torredembarra is 4 km away and Tarragona is 10km away.

How far is Port Aventura?
Port Aventura is about 18km away.

What is the best way to travel from Barcelona Airport to Tamarit? What about from Reus airport?
From Barcelona, you can take a train into Altafulla and from the station, you can get a cab to Tamarit. From Reus airport, the easiest route would be to take a taxi.

Which are the interesting places to visit in the surroundings?
The cities of Tarragona and Barcelona, the villages of Reus, Altafulla, Salou, as well as the Port Aventura theme park, are other options. For more information, click HERE

Is there any public transport possibilities in the area?
Yes, there is a bus stop about 800 meters away that goes to the city of Tarragona. There is also a train station about 2 km away to go to Tarragona, Barcelona, Port Aventura Park, etc.
Bungalows

Which is the maximum capacity of the bungalows?
From 2 to 10 people, depending on the bungalow type.

Is it possible to book a cot and high chair? How much does it cost?
Yes, cots are subject to availability. They are free of charge.

Do I need to clean my bungalow before checking out?
The bungalow must be left, taking into account the following conditions below:
- 1- Furniture (beds, tables, etc.) in their place of origin
- 2- Kitchenware should be washed and in optimal condition.
- 3- Fridge and dustbin empty.
- 4- Keep the counter, kitchen cabinets and cupboards free of any objects.
- 5- Used sheets and blankets, leave them in the same place where they were.

Can I pay extra so that the bungalow is cleaned before I check out?
We do not offer this service.

Are there any bungalows for the disabled?
Yes, we have two fully adapted bungalows for the disabled.

How often will sheets and towels be changed during my stay?
Towels are changed on the 5th day and sheets are changed on the 9th day after the arrival.
Pitches

How many people are allowed on a pitch?
The maximum number is 6 people per pitch (including the children).

Can I reserve a pitch for the whole season?
The resort offers a special long-stay rate available from November 3, 2025, to March 26, 2026 and from November 3, 2026 to March 18, 2027.

Are the pitches provided with water and electricity?
All of them have water and electricity (both are included in the price).

Are all pitches shaded?
There are plenty of trees at the resort, but not all pitches have shade.

What are the premium connections?
It refers to pitches provided with 16A electricity, water, drainage, and a TV connection. These pitches need a 3-pin plug adapter to connect to the electricity (adapters can be purchased at reception).

How large are the pitches?
Medium pitches are up to 90 m² and large pitches are between 90 and 120 m² .

Can I hire a fridge during my stay?
It is possible to rent it until at least one day before arrival by sending an email to resort@tamarit.com or calling +34 977650128.

What does the price of the pitch include?
2 adults, water, electricity, 1 car or motorcycle and 1 caravan, camper van or tent.

What does the price of a pitch with private bathroom include?
2 adults, water, electricity, 1 car or motorcycle and 1 caravan, camper van or tent, as well as an on suite private bathroom. It does not include nor cleaning neither toilet paper.

Is it possible to get a key for a bathroom for the disabled?
Yes, keys are available at reception.
Restaurants

How many restaurants are there at Tamarit Beach Resort?
There is one beach restaurant called “Brisa”, a Sushi restaurant, Wine & Tapas, and another one by the pool called “Dolce Vita”. You will find other food points as well like “La Terraza de Pepa” and our beach bar “La Mar de Copas”. For more information HERE.

Is there any take away service?
Yes, there is a take away service with a large selection menus.

Do you have any special menus for guests with allergies?
Yes. “Brisa” restaurant has different gluten- and lactose-free dishes, (among others).

Can I go to the restaurants even if I am not a Tamarit Beach Resort guest?
Non-guests are allowed at “Brisa Restaurant”, Brisa Snack, Terraza de Pepa, "Mar de Copas, takeaway, sushi restaurant and en el wine and tapas during the whole season.

Can I include breakfast in my booking?
Breakfast can be included in reservations from 26/03/2026 to 01/11/2027

General

Can I get visitors during my stay?
They are not permitted. Only overnight stays of accompanying persons are permitted when the visitors and guests already at the resort do not surpass the maximal capacity of the accommodation permitted.

When is the access to the resort open?
The vehicle access barriers are closed from midnight until 7 am. Access on foot is possible 24 hours a day.

Are pets allowed?
Pets are allowed on all pitches and in the zone where pet friendly bungalows are located. They can never be left alone and have to always be held on a leash. Dogs considered dangerous are not permitted. Pets are not allowed on the beach from Easter until October 15th. Right next to the campsite, there is a natural area where they are allowed all year round, and it’s a very pleasant place to walk with them. They are allowed in any outdoor area of the resort. For health reasons, they are not permitted in the swimming pool areas, surrounding areas, or in children's activity or play zones. They are welcome on the terrace of the Brisa beachfront restaurant.

Where can I park my car?
All bungalows have a designated parking space. In the case of booking a pitch, the car has to be parked on the pitch. Only one vehicle per accommodation or pitch is included in the booking price. In the case of 2 vehicles, the second one will have to pay extra for a parking place.

Is barbecuing allowed?
Yes. In the pine forest area, gas barbecues are allowed. Outside of that area, charcoal barbecues are allowed.

Is there WiFi access?
All guests can have free WiFi all over the resort.

Is it possible to come and spend the day at the campsite and enjoy the facilities?
It is not possible. Only guests staying in a bungalow or camping pitch are allowed to use them.

Is it possible to stay for the season at the campsite?
Monthly stays are available from November 3, 2025 to March 26, 2026 at very advantageous rates. For more information, click HERE.

Do you provide a transfer service?
Tamarit Beach Resort offers a transfer service under the following conditions:
- Advance payment upon booking the service.
- Prior reservation: Minimum 48 hours in advance for trips under 50 km and minimum 7 days for trips over 50 km.
- Cancellation: If made at least 24 hours in advance, 95% of the total will be refunded. If canceled less than 24 hours in advance, the paid amount is forfeited.
- Grace time: A grace period will be applied for waiting at the pickup point.
- Significant delays: In the event of significant flight or train delays, we cannot guarantee the provision of the transfer service, as availability depends on coordination with other scheduled services.
- Advance notice: We strongly recommend informing us as early as possible about any changes to your arrival time to evaluate alternatives and minimize any inconvenience
- Waiting charges: Waiting time exceeding the grace period, whether due to the client’s decision or flight/train delays, will be charged. The cost is €25 per 30-minute increment.
