When and how can I pay the remaining balance of my stay?
One week before your arrival, you will receive an email to complete the online check-in. This is mandatory and includes filling in missing reservation details and paying the remaining balance. It can be completed up to the day of arrival.

How can I make a booking?
You can book through our online booking system. To confirm your booking you will need to pay a 35% as a booking deposit with a bank card.

How can I cancel my reservation? Will it have any additional costs?

Is it possible to change my dates after having booked?
Modification requests must be made through the email resort@tamarit.com. The requests for modification will be evaluated by the reservation center and their acceptance is not guaranteed. If it is not accepted, the decision will be duly explained.
Allowed modifications: Extension of the stay; Change of the type of accommodation; Change in the type or number of occupants.
Specific conditions: For modifications of dates, the current rate will be applied at the time of the application. If the modification implies a reduction in the value of the stay initially contracted, it will report ' 30 for modification expenses. Modifications made less than or equal to 10 days in advance of the date of entry will not be accepted. -
Is it possible to take out an insurance?
You also have the possibility to take out a Cancellation Insurance before the start of your stay.

Can I book two accommodations together?
Yes. During the online booking process, they may indicate that they wish to go together in the "observations" section. You can also contact the booking department by email resort@tamarit.com or by calling 977 650 128 to check availability at the time.

Can I choose a specific accommodation number?
You can indicate your preferences in the “observations” section in your reservation form. The allocation of the requested accommodation will be subject to availability

How long does a refund take after cancellation?
Refunds may take up to 10 working days after confirmation.

The check-out must be done before 12:00 h.

Is late check-out possible?
It can only be booked in low season and subject to availability. It must be requested the same afternoon before the day of departure. It is not possible to arrange it further in advance.

What percentage is paid when booking?
The account is usually 25% or 35% of the total reservation depending on the date on which it is performed.

Can I pay on arrival?
No, full payment is required before arrival.

How do I know if my booking is confirmed?
When you receive the confirmation email.

What happens if I arrive late?
If the owner of the reservation does not arrive within 24 hours and does not Prior notice, the reservation can be cancelled automatically.

Is there a refund for early departure?
No. Early departures do not generate returns or compensations.

Do prices include taxes?
Yes, they include the corresponding VAT and the tourist tax according to regulations VALID.

Can the resort cancel a reservation?
Yes, in exceptional cases such as breach of rules or inappropriate behavior.

Do I need to clean my bungalow before checking out?
The bungalow must be left, taking into account the following conditions below:
- 1- Furniture (beds, tables, etc.) in their place of origin
- 2- Kitchenware should be washed and in optimal condition.
- 3- Fridge and dustbin empty.
- 4- Keep the counter, kitchen cabinets and cupboards free of any objects.
- 5- Used sheets and blankets, leave them in the same place where they were.

Can I hire the final cleaning of the bungalow?
We do not offer this service.

Are there accessible bungalows for people with reduced mobility?
Yes. We have two fully adapted bungalows.

How often will the change of towels and sheets be made during my stay?
The change of towels to the 5th day from arrival and the change of towels to the 9th day.

Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodations.

Each accommodation includes 1 parking space, except for the ATENEA type, which includes 2 spaces in the price.

Yes, it can be requested at reception at an additional cost.

No, only in the bungalows designated as pet friendly

No, it is not allowed to install additional tents or trailers.

Can the furniture of the bungalow be moved outside?

What is the capacity of the camping pitches?
The pitches have a maximum capacity of 6 people per pitch, including children.

Can I reserve a pitch for the whole season?
The resort has a special long-stay rate available from 3 November 2026 to 18 March 2027 and from 3 November 2027 to 06 April 2028.

Are the pitches provided with water and electricity?
All of them have water and electricity (both are included in the price).

Are all pitches shaded?
There are plenty of trees at the resort, but not all pitches have shade.

What are the premium connections?
It refers to pitches provided with 16A electricity, water, drainage, and a TV connection. These pitches need a 3-pin plug adapter to connect to the electricity (adapters can be purchased at reception).

How large are the pitches?
Medium pitches are up to 90 m² and large pitches are between 90 and 120 m² .

Can I hire a fridge during my stay?
It is possible to rent it until at least one day before arrival by sending an email to resort@tamarit.com or calling +34 977650128.

What does the price of the pitch include?
2 adults, water, electricity, 1 car or motorcycle and 1 caravan, camper van or tent.

What does the price of a pitch with private bathroom include?
Accommodation for two adults, water and electricity, one car or motorbike and one caravan, motorhome or tent, and a private bathroom. Cleaning of the private bathroom during the guest's stay is not included. It does not include cleaning or toilet paper.

Is it possible to get a key for a bathroom for the disabled?
Yes, the guest must go to reception to collect the key. It is provided upon payment of a deposit, which is refunded at the end of the stay.

Can you park the car on the pitch?
Yes, the vehicle must be parked within the designated space.

Can more than one shop be installed on the plot?
It depends on the available space and the type of plot.

Do the plots have an electricity connection?
Yes, they all have an electrical connection.

What type of adapter is needed for the electricity?
It is recommended to use standard CEE-type camping adaptors.

Can adaptors be bought at the resort?
Yes, they can be purchased from the resort shops or at reception.

Do the pitches have direct access to the beach?
The MEDIUM PLATINUM and LARGE PLATINUM pitches have direct access to the beach. Guests staying on other types of pitches must use one of the three accesses provided by the campsite to reach the beach.

Are the beach access points open at set times?
Yes, access is restricted to set hours. -
Can barbecues be used on the pitches?
Only charcoal must be used in all barbecues. The use of personal gas barbecues is allowed and, if they operate with charcoal, they must be stable against any impact and equipped with a spark guard.

Can you hire a private bathroom?
Yes, you can rent a private bathroom with a shower, a washbasin and a toilet.

What is the price of the private bathroom?
From approximately 11 € per night, subject to availability.

Do the pitches have drinking water?
Yes, the water supply is included.

Yes, the pitches are prepared for different types of camping vehicles.

There is one beach restaurant called “Brisa”, a Sushi restaurant, Wine & Tapas, and another one by the pool called “Dolce Vita”. You will find other food points as well like “La Terraza de Pepa” and our beach bar “La Mar de Copas”. For more information HERE.

Yes. The menu at Brisa restaurant offers dishes for people with allergies: gluten-free or lactose-free, among others.

At Brisa Restaurant, Brisa Snack, Terraza de Pepa, Mar de Copes, Take Away, Sushi Restaurant and Wine and Tapas, it is permitted all season.

Can I get visitors during my stay?
They are not permitted. However, overnight stays for companions are possible, provided the total number of visiting guests and existing guests does not exceed the maximum capacity of the booked accommodation.

When is the access to the resort open?
The vehicle access barriers are closed from midnight until 7 am. Access on foot is possible 24 hours a day.

Are pets allowed at the resort?
Pets are allowed on all pitches and in the pet-friendly bungalow area. Pets must be kept on a lead at all times and must never be left unattended. Companion animals considered to be of a dangerous breed are excluded. Pets are not permitted on the beach from Easter until 15th October. Right next to the campsite, there is a nature reserve where they are permitted all year round and it is very pleasant for walking them. They are permitted in any outdoor area of the resort. For hygiene reasons, they are not allowed in the pool and surrounding areas, or in the children's play areas. They are welcome on the terrace of the Brisa restaurant, which is right by the beach.

Where can I park my car?
In the parking space allocated to your bungalow, or on the same pitch if you have booked a camping pitch. One vehicle is included in the price of the bungalow or pitch. For a second vehicle, the fee for an extra parking space must be paid.

Is barbecuing allowed?
Yes. In the pine forest area, gas barbecues are allowed. Outside of that area, charcoal barbecues are allowed.

Is there WiFi access?
All guests can have free WiFi all over the resort.

Is it possible to come and spend the day at the campsite and enjoy the facilities?
It is not possible. Only guests staying in a bungalow or camping pitch are allowed to use them.

Is it possible to stay for the season at the campsite?
Monthly stays are available from November 3, 2025 to March 26, 2026 at very advantageous rates. For more information, click HERE.

Do you provide a transfer service?
Tamarit Beach Resort offers a transfer service under the following conditions:
- Advance payment upon booking the service.
- Prior reservation: Minimum 48 hours in advance for trips under 50 km and minimum 7 days for trips over 50 km.
- Cancellation: If made at least 24 hours in advance, 95% of the total will be refunded. If canceled less than 24 hours in advance, the paid amount is forfeited.
- Grace time: A grace period will be applied for waiting at the pickup point.
- Significant delays: In the event of significant flight or train delays, we cannot guarantee the provision of the transfer service, as availability depends on coordination with other scheduled services.
- Advance notice: We strongly recommend informing us as early as possible about any changes to your arrival time to evaluate alternatives and minimize any inconvenience
- Waiting charges: Waiting time exceeding the grace period, whether due to the client’s decision or flight/train delays, will be charged. The cost is €25 per 30-minute increment.

Until what time can you access the campsite by car?
Car access is allowed until 00:00.

Is it mandatory to wear an identification bracelet?
Yeah. All guests must wear the identification bracelet at all moment inside the resort.

Can minors without adults enter the resort?
No. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult who is Responsible for your conduct during your stay.

Can I use facilities after check-out?
Yes, only in low season can you stay on the premises. However, when checking out, the assigned parking space is lost, so if you need to park, you will have to use the paid parking.

Is there a supermarket in the resort?
Yes, as well as other restaurant services.

Reception is open 24 hours a day.

Can you work with the resort's Wi-Fi?

Between 3 pm and 4 pm, guests must avoid all kinds of noise and keep sound devices at a level that does not disturb their neighbors. Between midnight and 7 am, silence must be absolute.

Is there security at the resort?
Yes, there is access control and security personnel.

Under 12s must be accompanied.

Yes, in outdoor areas where it does not disturb other guests.

Is there a transfer service from airports or stations?
Yes, the resort offers a transfer service by prior reservation.

Can the transfer service be cancelled?
Yes, with specific conditions depending on the cancellation time.

Where can non-resident guests park at Tamarit Beach Resort?
Non-resident guests have access to a pay car park.

Do the accommodations have a hairdryer?
The accommodations do not provide a hairdryer. Guests can request one at reception upon payment of a deposit, and it cannot be kept for the entire stay. It must be returned after each use.

Can you hang clothes between the trees?
No. To protect the resort's vegetation and aesthetics, hanging clothes or hammocks between the trees is not permitted.

Do the accommodations have clothes airers?
All accommodations are equipped with a clothes drying rack. For camping pitches, guests can request one upon payment of a deposit, which will be refunded when it is returned to reception.

Can companions access the resort freely?
No. They must be accompanied by the resident guest.

Can you play with balls in any area of the resort?
No. Ball games are only permitted in the sports facilities designated for this purpose to avoid disturbing other guests.

Can the resort evict a guest?
Yes. Management reserves the right of admission and may eject or cancel the booking of customers who disturb the peace or fail to comply with the rules.

Is the resort responsible for stolen or lost items?
No. Tamarit Beach Resort is not responsible for theft, robbery or the disappearance of personal belongings.

How long are lost items kept?
Found items are kept for 15 days.
