How can I make a booking?
You can book through our online booking system. To confirm your booking you will need to pay a 35% as a booking deposit with a bank card.
When and how can I pay for the rest of my stay?
The pending amount must be settled before arrival. Latest time to do it is one day before arrival.
How can I cancel my reservation? Will it have any additional costs?
You can cancel your booking by sending us an e-mail at email@example.com

Is it possible to change my dates after having booked?
You can send us an e-mail inquiring about a change of dates at firstname.lastname@example.org and depending on our availability changes can be made with no costs. Modifications received 10 or less day before arrival will not be accepted.
Is it possible to take out an insurance?
Insurance can always be taken at least one and a half months before the date of arrival. You can find all the information HERE
Is it possible to book two bungalows / pitches close or next to each other?
Yes, first check availability with our Reception department by sending an email to email@example.com or call to +34 977650128 and afterwards, when making the booking online, indicate your preferences in the “observations” of it.
Is it possible to book a certain number bungalow or pitch?
You can let us know your preferences when you book online by inserting in “observations” of the booking your desired accomodation.
How far from Tamarit are Reus and Barcelona airports?
About 23kms from Reus airport and 74kms from Barcelona airport.
Which are the nearest villages / cities? How far are they from Tamarit?
Altafulla is 2kms away, Torredembarra 4 kms away and Tarragona 10kms away.
How far is Port Aventura?
Port Aventura is about 18kms away.
What is the best way to travel from Barcelona airport to Tamarit? What about from Reus airport?
From Barcelona you can take a train into Altafulla and from the station you can get a cab to Tamarit. From Reus airport, the easiest route would be taking a taxi.
Which are the interesting places to visit in the surroundings?
The city of Tarragona and Barcelona and the villages of Reus and Salou as well as the Port Aventura theme park under other options. For more information HERE
Is there any public transport possibilities in the area?
Yes, there is a bus stop about 800 meters away which goes to the city of Tarragona. There is also a train station about 2 kms away to go to Tarragona, Barcelona, Port Aventura Park...
Which is the maximum capacity of the bungalows?
From 2 to 8 people, depending on the bungalow type.
Is it possible to book a cot? How much does it cost?
Yes, cots are subject to availability. They are free of charge.
Are bungalows equipped with cooling and heating?
Yes, all bungalows are equipped with air conditioning and heating except for the Coco Suite. It only has a fan heater.
Do I need to clean my bungalow by the checking out?
The bungalow must be left taking into account the following conditions below:
- 1- Furniture (Beds, tables, etc.) in their place of origin.
- 2- Kitchenware washed and in optimal conditions.
- 3- Fridge and dustbin empty.
- 4- Counter, kitchen cabinets and cupboards free of any objects.
- 5- Sheets and covers placed where found at your arrival.
Can I pay extra so that the bungalow is cleaned before checking out?
We do not offer this service.
Are there any bungalows for disabled?
Yes, we have two fully adapted bungalows for disabled.
How often will sheets and towels be changed during my stay?
Towels are changed on the 5th day and sheets are changed on the 9th day after the arrival.
How many people are allowed on a pitch?
The maximum number is 6 people per pitch (including the children).
Can I reserve a pitch for the whole season?
There are no special rates for long stays. If you would like to book a long stay, price per night will be charged.
Are the pitches provided with water and electricity?
All of them have water and electricity (both are included in the price).
Are all pitches shaded?
There are plenty of trees in the resort, but not all pitches have shade.
What are the premium connections?
It refers to pitches provided with 16A electricity, water and drainage as well as a TV connection. These pitches need a 3 peg plug adapter to connect to the electricity (adapters can be purchased at Reception).
How large are the pitches?
Medium pitches are up to 90m2 and Large pitches between 90 and 120m2.
Can I hire a fridge during my stay?
It is possible to rent it until at least one day before arrival by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or calling to +34 977650128.
What does the price of the pitch include?
2 adults, water, electricity, 1 car or motorcycle and 1 caravan, camper van or tent.
What does the price of a pitch with private bathroom include? (It does include nor toilet paper, neither cleaning...)

Is it possible to get a key for a bathroom for disabled?
Yes, keys are available at reception.
How many restaurants are there in Tamarit Beach Resort?
There is one beach restaurant called “Brisa”, a new sushi restaurant and another one by the pool called “Dolce Vita”. You will find other food points as well like “La Terraza de Pepa” and our beach bar “La Mar de Copas”. For more information HERE
Is there any take away service?
Yes, there is a take away service with a large selection menus.
Do you have any special menu for guests with allergies?
Yes. “Brisa” restaurant has different gluten and lactose free dishes (among others).
Can I go to the restaurants even if I am not a Tamarit Beach Resort guest?
Non-guest are allowed at “Brisa Restaurant”, Brisa snack, Terraza de Pepa, mar de copas, take away, sushi restaurant and en el wine and tapas during the whole season.

Can I include breakfast in my booking?
It is possible to include breakfast in the following dates:
- - Easter.
- - All weekends in low season
- - Every day in high season
Can I get visitors during my stay?
They are not permitted. Only overnight stays of accompanying persons when the visitors and the guests already at the resort do not surpass the maximal capacity of the accommodation permitted.
Can I spend a day at Tamarit and use the installations without being guest?
The access to the facilities without being a guest is not permitted.
When is the access to the resort open?
By foot 24 hours a day. Barriers are closed from midnight to 7 AM. So, within these ours the vehicle access is not permitted.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are allowed in all pitches and in some units of bungalows Thalassa, Lavanda, Patio, Pineda and Lodge Kentia. They can never be left behind alone and have always to be hold on a leash. Dogs considered as dangerous are not permitted.
Where can I park my car?
All bungalows have a determinate parking space. In case of booking a pitch, the car has to be parked in the pitch. Only one vehicle per accomodation or pitch included in the booking price. In case of 2 vehicles, the second one will have to pay extra for a parking place.
Is barbecuing allowed?
Yes. In the pine forest area are gas barbecues allowed. Outside of that area, charcoal barbecues are allowed.
Is there WIFI access?
All guests can have free WiFi all over the resort.
