In case of later departure, reception reserves its right to charge an extra day. The "late check out" (check out at 18h in low season) will only be permitted according to availability.
Registration / Identification
In order to keep the security of all our guests, everybody by arrival has to:
Everybody (guest or companion) will have to register at reception.
To enter the resort and during the whole stay, identification bracelets are required.
Minors under 18 years of age will not be admitted unless accompanied by a person of legal age who is expressly responsible for the minor's conduct (O.11/7/86-art.30.2 and 31).
They are not permitted. Only overnight stays of accompanying persons when the visitors and the guests already in the resort do not surpasse the maximal capacity of the accomodation permitted.
Parking place for companions: At the entrance of the resort. Price per day established according to current rate.
Access to the campsite: Companions must be always accompanied by the guest of the resort.
Customer in Bungalow: Collective barbecue groups available very close to the bungalows.
Customer on a Pitch: Two collective picnic areas with barbecues are available.
Only charcoal must be used for all barbecues.
The use of your own gas barbecue is permitted and, in the case of charcoal barbecues, they must be stable to any impact and with a spark protector.
Tamarit Beach Resort has sport facilities with football fields, basketball courts, etc.
We also have large playgrounds for children. To avoid problems with other clients, ball games won't be allowed in any other areas.
The access control team at Tamarit Beach Resort works 24 hours, 7 days a week.

The management of the Resort reserves the right to admission, expulsion, and reservation cancellation of any customer who disturbs the peace or fails to comply with any of the regulations.
At Tamarit Beach Resort we make an effort to preserve and protect the nature that surrounds us. Therefore, it is not permitted to tie hammocks or clotheslines to the trees, so as not to harm them.
The use of drying racks is required. Guests have them at their disposal at reception under a deposit payment.
USING RULES Guests under 16 years old can not use the gym.
Only guests who are exercising are allowed inside.
Proper clothing and footwear must be worn at all times.
Smoking and eating is strictly forbidden.
Between 3pm and 4pm, guests will have to keep respect the silence and avoid bothering their neighbours.
Between 24:00 and 7:00 hours complete silence must be kept.
IDENTIFICATION & SECURITY
To enter the Resort, every vehicle must be identified by reception with a hanger. It is recommended the use of security systems to keep your belongings safe.
DRIVING INSIDE THE RESORT
The maximum speed of all vehicles with or without motor is 10km/h. From 24h till 7h driving inside the campsite is not allowed. During dark periods all bikes have to have their lights switched on.
PARKING
Each bungalow has its own parking place. In the case of a pitch, the vehicle must be parked on it without exceeding its limit. It is not allowed to park the car on another pitch, on an empty parking place.
EXTERNAL PARKING Second cars must use the car park at the entrance. There is an additional charge.NIGHT PARKING If you need to use the vehicle inside the campsite (between midnight and 7:00h), you must park it in the night car park and ask at reception for a ticket to validate it. Free of charge from 22:00h to 10:00h the next day.ELECTRIC VEHICLES The resort has 4 charging points for electric vehicles and there is a charge for these. Charging in the accomodations is not allowed.
UNAUTHORIZED VEHICLES It is forbidden to use electric scooters, unicycles, segways, hoverboards as well as electric skateboards in the facilities.
Customer friendly cancellation policy
- Return of 95% of the down payment when cancelling at least 30 days prior to arrival
- Return of 50% of the down payment when cancelling between 30 and 15 days prior to arrival
- Lost of 100% of the down payment when cancelling less than 15 days prior to arrival.
- In case of later arrival or earlier departure no discount or refund is applicable. If the guest cancels any activitiy or additional service included in his online booking during his stay at the campsite, it will not give him the right to neither a refund nor price reduction.

Responsability
Tamarit Beach Resort will not be responsible for:
- Theft, robbery or disappearance of bicycles or any other objects that aren't property of our Resort.
- Injuries or accidents inside our facilities.
- Damage caused indirectly by tree sap, ants, rain, wind, floods, etc.
- Vehicles damaged by collinding into a curb, tree, branch, etc.
- Appliances that are left plugged in during the clients absence.
- Found property will be kept by Tamarit Beach Resort for 15 days. Upon expiry of this period, they will be considered out of its custody.
- Everybody must respect the hygienical rules, education, social coexistence, clothing as well as the institutions and other people’s traditions to make a correct use of all the services taking into account the Tamarit Beach Resort familiy character.
Swimming pool
To enter the Pool all guests have to :
- Listen to the pool staff instructions.
- Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
- Babies must use swim diapers.
The following is not allowed in the pool:
- Diving or jumping into the water if it bothers other guests.
- The use of air mattresses, goggles, flippers, balls, water guns, etc.
- Not respecting the pool rules is may reason for expulsion.
They are permitted on all pitches and in the pet friendly bungalows (new in 2024 bungalow numbers from 1 to 17). They will always have to be kept on a leash. Under no circumstances they can be left alone.
Not permitted on the beach from 1st April till 15th October.
Races considered as dangerous by the regulation are not permitted.
In general they are allowed everywhere except for children playgrounds, by the pool as well as in restaurants. They are welcome in the terrace of restaurant Brisa by the beach.
CLOTHING The entrance to all our inside restaurants, shopping points or services and at reception when wearing dry shoes, T-shirt and shorts. Guest with no shoes or bare chest can not enter in any of these facilities.
Only in Mar de Copas and the service bar at the Dolce Vita swimming suits will be permitted as minimum clothing.
SMOKING Only permitted in open areas and without disturbing other people.
OTHERS Non-disposable tableware like glasses, dishes or cutlery etc… can not be taken out of the restaurant points.
